Water Flow Switch for any water cooled equipment
The TORCHSAVER
Is a system that keeps your welding machine from welding if there is no water flow.
The
TORCHSAVER control box houses all the brains of the system and can be
connected to the flow switches that we sell or any flow switch that offers a relay
contact output.
The TORCHSAVER is designed to reduce downtime and keep
productivity up, saving you $$$$!

The TORCHSAVER SAVES YOU MONEY
The TORCHSAVER system prevents burned up water cooled torches.  What
happens when the welder forgets to turn on the water cooler?  Another burned up
torch and expensive downtime to change out the torch.  The
TORCHSAVER keeps
the system from allowing the welder to generate an arc if there is no water flow,
saving the torch.
This saves money and costly down time. No more burned up
water cooled torches!**

The TORCHSAVER MAKES YOUR WELDING MACHINES SAFER
If a manual water cooled TIG welding system is operated without water flow, the
power cable that is enclosed inside one or both of the water hoses will cause the
water inside to boil.  This can generate hot steam and can melt the water hoses.
Welders can be burned by the hot steam, hot water, and hot power cables from
operating a system incorrectly.
The TORCHSAVER system helps to keep your
welders safe and saves money and expensive safety claims. Prevents downtime
and keeps the welders on the job welding!

The TORCHSAVER is easy to install and monitor
The TORCHSAVER is designed to be mounted near the welding machine. On front
of the enclosure LED status lights show the status of the system.  A green LED
status light indicates flow (and system ready for welding), the red LED status light
indicates a coolant fault (and system not ready for welding).

The TORCHSAVER is easy to connect to your equipment
The TORCHSAVER control box connects to the foot pedal of your equipment and
the control connector (14 pin connector in most cases) of the welding machine.  The
water flow switch also connects to the control box.  The water flow switch connects to
the water return line of the water cooler.
Once the power is connected to the
TORCHSAVER control box, its ready to go!  Just that easy.

Applications for TORCHSAVER
The TORCHSAVER system is designed for most common brands and models of
welding machines.  Applications include: TIG welders, MIG welders, Robotic
Welders, Laser, Plasma cutting machines, Spot Welders, or any other equipment
that requires coolant flow to be monitored. This system can be configured to connect
to nearly any welding machine. Special custom models can be designed to your
requirements and specifications.

**Torchsaver models are designed for water cooled torches and equipment only.  Not designed for gas
cooled torches.
