Water Flow Switch for any water cooled equipment
The TORCHSAVER
Is a wall mountable water flow switch & coolant flow sensor system.  The
TORCHSAVER includes a visual water flow indicator and adjustable flow switch.  
LED indicator lights show the status of the water flow switch.  A screen filter is
included.

RELIABILITY
The TORCHSAVER is simply the most reliable water flow switch system on the
market today.
 If the paddle wheel visual flow indicator is not turning, the flow switch
will shut down your equipment!

The TORCHSAVER is easy to install and monitor
Mount the TORCHSAVER near the equipment where the visual flow indicator and
LED status lights can be monitored.  The green LED status light indicates flow, the
red LED status light indicates a coolant fault.  The TORCHSAVER can be mounted
inside or outside of the equipment cell.

The TORCHSAVER is easy to connect to your equipment
A 10 ft. X 4 wire conductor cable is included for connection to the equipment.  Both
NC and NO connections are included.  The torch saver is powered by a
120V/24VDC wall transformer.  All power inside the enclosure is 24VDC.

Applications for TORCHSAVER
The TORCHSAVER welding water flow switch can be used with any water cooled
welding equipment that has connections for a water flow switch or coolant flow
sensor.  Some applications include: robot or robotic welding systems, water cooled
MIG welding machines, CNC welding machines, Laser welding and Laser cutting
machines, TIG welding machines, Plasma welding & Plasma cutting machines, spot
welders, resistance welders, pipe and tube welders, orbital welders, EB Welding
machines, Electron Beam Welders, and many others.

Replace an existing flow switch with a TORCHSAVER
The TORCHSAVER can be used to replace an existing flow switch or flow sensor on
any equipment.  The TORCH SAVER connects to the return water flow circuit of the
water cooling system. Custom models can be designed to connect to any system.

Connect a TORCHSAVER to any water cooler or water chiller
The TORCH SAVER easily connects to any welding water coolers such as *Miller
Coolmate (any model Miller Coolmate including Miller Coolmate 3, Miller Coolmate
4, Miller Radiator 1) , *Lincoln Cool-arc water cooler and many others.   Models can
be custom designed to connect to any water cooler, water chiller, or plant chilled
water system.
