1. Mount the TORCHSAVER in a location where the indicator lights and paddle wheel visual flow indicator
can be easily monitored.
2. Turn off the water cooling system and disconnect the return line from the water cooler.
3. Connect the water return line from the water cooler to the inlet of the TORCHSAVER (the filter screen
fitting).
4. Connect a line from the outlet of the TORCHSAVER to the inlet of the water cooler.
5. Connect the relay contact wires to the equipment.  Both normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO)
wires are included.  Wires are color coded.
6. Connect the TORCHSAVER to power.  The red LED indicator light should light up.
7. Turn on the water cooling system.
8. The green LED should light up as soon as the visual water flow indicator starts turning.
9. Adjustment of the water flow switch is easy and only requires a small screw driver.  Instructions are
provided with each unit.
